Corporate giving

We invest for strong communities.

Alaska Airlines believes in strengthening and supporting the communities our employees, neighbors and guests call home. Partnering with nonprofit organizations, we provide in-kind donations and sponsorships for fundraising events that enable organizations to build strong foundations and continue to do great work in the communities served by Alaska Airlines.

We generally support organizations on a one-time basis, and ask that organizations submit requests at least six weeks prior to the event.

We have key areas of focus where we believe Alaska Airlines can make the biggest impact in the communities we serve. They include:

Career connections for young people

We believe deeply in the importance of expanding opportunity for young people. We support nonprofit organizations that engage young people furthest from opportunity to achieve their future career goals.

Diversity and inclusion

Supporting diversity and inclusion is important to us. Not only do we support diversity and inclusion within the workplace, but also in the diverse communities we serve. We support nonprofit organizations focused on underrepresented communities primarily focused on: women, LGBTQ, veterans and people of color.

Environmental sustainability

Alaska Airlines has a proud tradition of innovation in environmental performance. In addition to always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of our operations and reducing the burden we place on the planet; we also aim to support nonprofit organizations who are devoted to environmental sustainability by preserving the communities we love.

Socioeconomic mobility

As a business, we truly believe we are better off when everyone is better off. We aim to support the unique, local needs of communities by partnering with nonprofits focused on providing economic equity for individuals and families.
